Position Overview: As a Gummy Candy Creator you will be responsible for bringing joy to our customers through the art of crafting unique and flavorful gummy candies. Youll play a key role in developing new recipes experimenting with flavors and contributing to the overall creative process of our candymaking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and create new gummy candy recipes considering flavor profiles textures and visual appeal.
2. Experiment with different ingredients and techniques to enhance the quality and uniqueness of our gummy candies.
3. Ensure consistent product quality through precise measurement and adherence to established recipes.
4. Collaborate with the production team to scale up recipes for mass production.
5. Stay informed about industry trends flavor innovations and emerging technologies in candy making.
6. Conduct taste tests and gather feedback to refine and improve existing products.
7. Collaborate with marketing to create enticing product descriptions and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

1. Passion for candy making with a specific interest in gummy candies.
2. Previous experience in confectionery culinary arts or a related field is a plus.
3. Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and develop unique flavor combinations.
4. Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements to ensure consistent product quality.
