Office Location is Av. Dom Joo IILisboa Portugal
Salary is EUR 1400 per month gross with bonuses

What Youll Do
As an Engagement Consultant youll be a trusted advisor helping content creators optimize their channels and maximize platform usage. Youll introduce them to useful tools and features identify their needs and connect them to the platforms key features. Youll handle a high volume of potential clients each day through video calls emails and phone calls all while managing your portfolio and identifying growth opportunities. Over time youll build longlasting relationships with content creators.
What Youll Need

Native Turkish speaker with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

A BA/BS degree or equivalent (an MA/MSc in Marketing Digital Marketing Communication or Journalism is a plus)

At least 2 years of experience in sales online advertising or social media

A strong desire to exceed productivity and customer satisfaction goals

Excellent communication skills for pitching and creating compelling proposals

Strong time management skills and the ability to organize your day effectively

A clientfocused mindset with a passion for customer interaction and achieving business goals
