What Youll Do in This Role
As a Legal BackOffice Advisor your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring transport operators uphold the rights of passengers.
-
Understanding each customers unique situation and providing support for their legal claims.
-
Managing legal claims with various stakeholders including lawyers legal officers and national enforcement bodies to assess the validity of the customers claims.
Your Qualifications
This role is a great fit for you if you:

Have a high level of German and fluency in English (B2)

Possess excellent communication skills
-
Have experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative (a plus)

Are proactive selfmotivated and a great team player
