Your role as a Customer Service Representative
In this role you will:
Connect with customers offering expertise on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services via calls or emails.
Assess requests make informed decisions and take appropriate action.
Use your problemsolving skills to resolve customer inquiries and enhance satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvements for a seamless customer experience.
What were looking for
Wed love to work with you if you:
Are fluent in French (written and spoken) and proficient in English (B2 level).
Possess excellent communication and writing skills with a compassionate and teamoriented approach.
Are passionate about identifying customer needs and providing quick solutions.
Are proactive motivated and thrive in a resultsdriven environment.
