If you are fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2) and have a keen interest in tech this is the opportunity for you!
What youll do:
- Provide exceptional customer service across General Support Order Assistance Payment Queries and Fraud Prevention.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers ensuring fast and accurate resolutions to inquiries.
- Be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering toptier service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Use your problemsolving skills to manage customer cases efficiently always looking for ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
What were looking for:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2) excellent communication skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferably within a tech or ecommerce environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Passion for tech and problemsolving with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Remote work experience and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
