Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join our team at Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing customizing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for our clients. This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform as well as excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for our clients ensuring the system meets their business requirements
Customize the system to meet specific client needs including designing and developing new features and functionalities
Provide technical support to clients troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness using Dynamics 365 Business Central
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managers developers and business analysts to deliver successful Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
Keep uptodate with the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central updates features and functionalities and share knowledge with the team and clients
Train endusers on how to effectively use Dynamics 365 Business Central and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed
Participate in presales activities including solution demonstrations and scoping sessions to help win new business opportunities
Document all project activities including requirements design and testing in a clear and organized manner
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central including experience with customizations and integrations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are a plus
