Job Description

As we continue our rapid expansion we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executive (Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker) providing outstanding support to our renowned clients in the Customer Service & Support sector with outstanding service and professionalism.

Customer Service Executive (Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker Written & Verbal Onsite)
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.

Provide accurate and timely information regarding products services and policies.

Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Support translation of communication materials (Mandarin/Cantonese English).

Meet performance targets and adhere to service quality standards.
Job Requirements

Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese with good command of English.

Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfirst mindset.

Able to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
-
Willing to work onsite in Sungai Petani Kedah.
-
Able to commit to rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
