Serves as process compliance expert for the entire corporation for 4 key areas: Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs Driver Qualification Files Background Checks and I9s. Performs duties at the professional level with all levels in the field. Reviews key areas for process knowledge compliance decision making on low level background checks I9 process issues. Collects and analyzes quarterly drug and alcohol data to follow up on missing information compliance status correct categorization of testing and other functions related to the management of the drug and alcohol testing program. Assists the Sr Manager Employment Programs in ensuring that all facets of compliance are maintained.II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.established policies and procedures.

A. Education and Experience
Education:Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Human Resources Business Administration or similar study
Experience: Three or more years of related work experience (in addition to education requirement)
