The Role: Software Engineer(Java Fullstack)

Whats in it for you:
The Software Engineer II will be responsible for application development and maintenance focusing on utilizing core Java and AWS technologies. The candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies to ensure effective project execution and delivery. This role emphasizes fullstack development ensuring seamless integration across all layers of the application.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Develop test and maintain highquality fullstack applications using core Java for backend and modern web technologies for frontend.
Utilize AWS services for deploying and managing scalable applications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements across the entire stack.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices are followed across frontend and backend development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications to improve performance and reliability across all layers of the stack.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies ensuring they are effectively applied to fullstack development.
What Were Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in fullstack development with strong expertise in core Java and AWS.
Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
Key Soft Skills:
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins Docker or Kubernetes for automated deployment and containerization.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Prior experience working in a cloudnative environment leveraging AWS services for application development.
Strong understanding of database technologies both SQL and NoSQL and experience with database design and optimization.
