Job Description
Amazon is looking for motivated individuals for the profile of Data Analyst for its loss/business waste containment team. The role is a part of the India Ops under the Reverse logistics program.
Key job responsibilities
Communication with external customers (Carriers Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Operations Finance)
Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
Must be able to quickly understand and make decisions that make sense based on available data and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered in time.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs while measuring and identifying activities performed.
Excellent communication both verbal and written as one may be required to create a narrative outlining weekly findings and the variances to goals and present these finding in a review forum.
Providing realtime stakeholder experience by working in fast pace operating environment.
Bachelors degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Speak write and read fluently in English
1 years of sales experience
Good communication skills will be facilitating flow of information between internal/external parties
Monitor and respond to stakeholder feedback
Cross functional coordination and alignment
SQL & Excel Proficiency
