Job Description
We are looking to recruit a part time Area Cleaning Supervisor to cover some key customer contracts across Gosport & Lewes.
This role could cover other geographical areas for cover when required (To be discussed at interview).
- 20 hours per week overtime opportunities
- Monday to Friday hours to be discussed at interview
- 14 per hour
A Full UK Driving License is required a company vehicle will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
- To supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
- To effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes
- Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
- To represent the business and meet client representatives on sites
What are we looking for
- UK Manual Driving Licence
- Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
- IT literate (use of tablet smart phone apps)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English)
