Ihre Aufgaben
Digitale Transformation: Untersttzen Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Konfiguration unseres fhrenden Systems Workday und tragen Sie aktiv zur digitalen Transformation bei HEIDELBERG bei.
Reporting: Arbeiten Sie zusammen mit unseren Experten im Reporting und leisten Sie Ihren Beitrag zu verschiedenen Berichterstattungen.
Projektmanagement: Sammeln Sie wertvolle Erfahrungen im Bereich des HRProjektmanagements und wirken Sie bei unterschiedlichen Projekten mit.
HRSysteme: Bieten Sie direkten User Support und erstellen Sie Schulungsunterlagen sowie Dokumentationen um unsere nationalen und internationalen Kollegen in ihrer Arbeit mit Workday zu untersttzen.
Unsere Anforderungen:
Eingeschriebene/r Student/in (m/w/d) in einem Bachelor oder Masterstudiengang mit vorzugsweise Personal oder ITBezug z.B. Wirtschafts oder Sozialwissenschaften (Wirtschafts)Informatik Digital Business
Hohe ITAffinitt und Neugierde fr neue Technologien und Arbeitsweisen
Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Teams)
Erste praktische Erfahrungen gerne in einem HR bzw. Controllingnahen Bereich
Analytische Fhigkeiten und przise Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
