Houston Christian School (HCS) is inviting applications for the position of Principal beginning August 1 2025. We are seeking a Christcentered leader with a deep love for the Lord and a calling to serve in Christian education. The successful candidate will be passionate about cultivating a Christcentered learning environment that fulfills HCSs vision to Educate Engage and Equip students for the glory of God.

- Provide clear compassionate leadership with a vision for Christian education
- Be effective in curriculum implementation and instructional leadership across K 12
- Manage people and priorities with wisdom efficiency and integrity
- Handle conflict resolution with grace and professionalism
- Be committed to ongoing personal and professional development
- Be an active engaged member of a church that shares Houston Christian Schools commitment to Christs lordship over all of life and the centrality of Gods Word.
- Hold a valid BC teaching certificate
- A Masters degree in education or a related field is an asset
- A proven track record of effective leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced teacher (minimum of 5 years) with training and understanding of the meaning and value of a faithbased learning environment
- Principal or Vice Principal experience is considered an asset
