Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership career within a valuesdriven patientfocused environment St Vincents Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our dynamic Front Office team at our Fitzroy campus.

In this pivotal fulltime role (38 hours per week) you will lead the administration team ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered to our patients visitors and internal stakeholders. Your leadership will play a vital role in supporting our hospitals daily operations and maintaining our commitment to excellence in care.

Your strengths and experience include:

  • Experience in leading or mentoring administrative teams managing rosters delegating tasks and optimising workflow in a healthcare setting.

  • Proven excellence in customer service with a genuine commitment to patient care.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of health funds billing processes and private health insurance requirements.

  • Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal with a professional and compassionate approach.

  • A strong understanding of hospital preadmission and admission procedures with a focus on accuracy compliance and patient experience.

  • The ability to build strong relationships with patients families clinicians and colleagues across all levels of the organisation.

REQUIREMENTS:
