The Opportunity
We are seeking Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Theatres Department at Wollongong Private Hospital. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager Clinical Nurse Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
- Registration with AHPRA as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- IV Qualification required
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a perioperative setting
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrate the ability to assess plan coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fastpaced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Ability to work a rotating roster
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $32.96 $35.88 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW EN gr1thereafter) FTE $65128.96 $70898.88
