We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the sales team. If you have a strong attention to detail exceptional organizational skills and a customerfocused attitude we encourage you to apply.
Provide administrative support to the sales team ensuring smooth operations
Prepare sales reports presentations and documentation as required
Coordinate meetings appointments and client communications
Process sales orders and assist with maintaining accurate client records
Assist with managing customer inquiries providing product information and addressing issues
Maintain and update the sales database ensuring accurate and uptodate information
Manage and track sales quotations contracts and other related documents
Help manage stock levels ensuring adequate inventory for sales purposes
Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing finance) to ensure timely execution of tasks
Perform general administrative duties including filing data entry and correspondence
Matric / Grade 12 (a relevant qualification is a plus)
12 years experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook); CRM software experience is an advantage
Ability to multitask prioritize and handle a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and proactive attitude with a customerfirst mindset
