We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development Manager to lead the design implementation and evaluation of our training and development initiatives. If youre passionate about building skills driving performance and supporting employee growth wed love to hear from you.
Design and implement companywide learning and development strategies
Conduct training needs analysis across departments and roles
Develop deliver and evaluate training programmes (inperson and online)
Manage onboarding induction and continuous learning programmes
Source and manage external training providers where necessary
Track and report on training participation effectiveness and ROI
Build leadership development pathways and succession planning tools
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development
Align training initiatives with business goals and performance gaps
Ensure compliance with SETA and other regulatory requirements
Bachelors degree in HR Education Industrial Psychology or related field
5 years experience in L&D or Training & Development roles including leadership experience
Indepth knowledge of adult learning principles instructional design and training methodologies
Experience working with learning management systems (LMS)
Strong communication facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to assess design and measure training interventions
Solid project management and organizational skills
Experience working with SETA and understanding of skills development legislation
High emotional intelligence and ability to work across all levels of the business
