Job Description
Were looking for a skilled and motivated IT professional to join our team in a Junior to Intermediate ICT/ISP/Network/Desktop Support role. If youre passionate about technology have handson experience in IT support and thrive in a dynamic environment we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Provide First and Second Line IT Support

Perform system and server management
-
Deliver remote and onsite support
-
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
-
Conduct network administration and security (TCP/IP LAN WAN VLAN VPN DNS DHCP firewalls)

Configure wireless networking
-
Deploy and support IT infrastructure
-
Maintain Windows systems
-
Deliver highquality customer service
-
Participate in standby and afterhours support when required
Requirements:
-
23 years experience in IT support
-
Matric certificate
-
CompTIA A and N
-
MCSA or CCNA (or relevant network certifications such as CCNP)
-
Mikrotik experience is beneficial
-
A valid drivers license
-
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
-
Effective communication skills (verbal written presentation)

Proven ability to work in a team and collaborate
-
Strong time management and organizational skills
-
Qualifications that enhance your candidacy will be advantageous
