Position: Automotive Finance Manager
Compensation: Up to $225000/year (Salary Bonuses)
Schedule: 5Day Work Week

Responsibilities:
- Present finance and insurance products to customers in a transparent ethical and effective manner
- Build relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates and approvals
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local regulations
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high CSI and repeat/referral business
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of F&I experience in a highvolume dealership
- Proven track record of top performance in PVR product penetration and lender relations
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Strong understanding of compliance and paperwork accuracy
- Dealertrack RouteOne or similar DMS experience preferred
