DescriptionABOUT THE ROLE:
The Lead Solution Architect role is responsible for providing technical leadership to crossfunctional teams inthe design and implementation of comprehensive system/product architectures that effectively integrate withSherwins overall IT infrastructure and support key business objectives. The incumbent will be responsible forevaluating program or project challenges creating conceptual and logical architectural designs that alleviatechallenges and providing technical guidance in implementing those designs. This will require collaborating withcrossfunctional teams to resolve system design weaknesses ensuring highquality performance andmaintainability of the specific hardware and software systems. The Incumbent will ensure that solutionarchitectures align with the overall Enterprise Architecture and meet business requirements.
ResponsibilitiesWHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:
- Provide expert guidance in designing and implementing highly complex integrated frameworks techstackssystems and platforms that align with and drive the organizations IT strategy and business objectives
- Lead and oversee the entire process of developing application components and integrations ensuring allsolutions align with the business objectives enterprise architecture and performance goals
- Develop and implement best practices and standards for processes and technical specifications related tohardware and software compatibility system interfaces and business application prototypes
- Lead the effort to continuously research and analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to informarchitectural decisions
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with crossfunctional teams including software developersbusiness analysts enterprise architects and product managers to ensure the successful adoption of industryleading design and architecture practices
- Provide strategic direction on the development of architectural frameworks patterns and standards used acrossmultiple products or systems
- Provide technical expertise in the evaluation selection and implementation of nextgeneration technicalinitiatives while also offering guidance as complex technology issues arise
- Lead the technical evaluation of new solutions to ensure alignment with existing frameworks and standardsdefined across the organization
- Champion and guide the extended team to adopt and implement leadingedge design and architect practices
- Foster crossfunctional collaboration among a diverse range of stakeholders across the business to ensure thatproduct and solution design align with architectural principles policies standards and frameworks
Travel 10%

This position is eligible for hybrid schedule of three days in office with two days remote. Relocation assistance is offered.

QualificationsWhat the incumbent will need
- Education
- Required: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or in lieu of a degree at least 10 years of experience in experience in IT
- Preferred: Expertlevel architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF CISSP)

- 8 years of experience in IT or a solution architecture role
- Proven experience in designing complex hardware and software solutions for largescale IT systems
- Expertise in collaborating communication and presenting with crossfunctional teams to deliver highimpact business solutions
- Extensive knowledge of modern architectural patterns frameworks and industry best practices
- Expertise with cloud computing data center operations network design and security best practices
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to innovate and think creatively
