Located in the beautiful mountain town of Boone NC Animal Emergency Clinic of the High Country is seeking a compassionate dedicated parttime or fulltime experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. If youre looking for an opportunity to provide exceptional care while facing diverse and challenging cases this is the role for you!
Our ER is a fastpaced highimpact environment where no two days are the same. We handle a wide range of emergencies from trauma to complex medical cases which means no shortage of excitement and satisfaction. Led by a team of five highly skilled doctors weve fostered a tightknit supportive and highly efficient work culture. Whether youre managing a critical case inhouse or collaborating with toptier specialists youll be part of a team that truly values quality care.
Our StateoftheArt Facility Offers:
- Full inhouse IDEXX lab equipment including a surgical ventilator cautery video endoscopy and digital radiography
- Referralquality ultrasound and an inhouse blood bank
- Easy access to an ultrasound/echocardiography specialist and bimonthly visits from a trusted ophthalmologist
- Cuttingedge tools to help you provide the highest standard of care to our patients
Were in the process of being credentialed as a Level II Triage Center by the Emergency & Critical Care Society further solidifying our commitment to excellence. Were proud to be an integral part of the Boone community partnering with local rescue groups including the Watauga County Humane Society.
