As a Senior IT Service Desk Representative in our San Francisco office you will be a key member of our IT team providing exceptional technical support to our local employees. You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of ITrelated issues demonstrating strong technical expertise excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently. You will also play a role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing technology company.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime bonus/commissions if eligible) benefits and equity (if eligible).
