Job Description
At Forward Service Corporation (FSC) we help people overcome barriers and build brighter futures. As a W2 Case Manager youll be a trusted guide to individuals working toward selfsufficiencyand a vital part of their journey.
What Youll Do
- Guide individuals through employment and training programs
- Lead job readiness workshops and 1:1 coaching
- Help clients apply for SSI/SSDI and navigate supportive services
- Coordinate with community agencies for wraparound support
- Be a motivator advocate and trusted partner
Qualifications
- Associates degree 2 years related experience
- OR equivalent experience a passion for helping others
- Great communication organization and heart for service
Pay & Perks
- Starting Pay: $24.06/hour
- $1.00/hour raise after completing training
- 4 weeks PTO in your first year
- 12 Paid Holidays (including Juneteenth!)
