Job Description
Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic that is experienced in HVAC and not only. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years HVAC experience and will have their Boilers License. They will have general knowledge of electrical plumbing and painting and has the ability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality.
What will I be doing
As a Mechanic you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotels equipment and machinery with an emphasis on the HVAC unit in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Maintain monitor repair and conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel equipment and machinery
- Conduct scheduled and nonscheduled maintenance of HVAC system
- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair nonfunctioning machinery and/or equipment
- Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention

$25.00 per hour
