As a Specialist in Clinical Logistics you will be instrumental in managing veintovein logistics for cell therapy trials. Your role will involve overseeing global shipments ensuring cold chain compliance and leveraging analytics for efficient decisionmaking. Collaborate across functions to streamline processes and manage logistics vendors effectively. Are you prepared to take on this exciting challenge
Accountabilities:
V2V Logistics & Cold Chain Management
Manage and track global shipments of patient apheresis material and investigational medicinal product (IMP).
Support V2V logistics COI/COC oversight and implement contingency plans for temperaturesensitive shipments.
Participate in crossfunctional meetings to support clinical trials and system enhancements.
Vendor & Courier Oversight
Collaborate with logistics service providers (LSPs) and specialty couriers to ensure efficient transport and storage of critical materials.
Manage lane mapping monitor courier performance metrics and lead operational meetings to mitigate delays.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and documents related to V2V logistics.
Essential Skills/Experience:
BS/BA or equivalent in Supply Chain Life Sciences or Business with 3 years of experience in Cell Therapy Logistics/Clinical Supply Chain within pharma or biotech industries.
Proficient in cell orchestration platforms LSP portals SAP/Oracle Power BI/Tableau Smartsheet and Excel (pivot tables macros).
Demonstrates strong project management analytical and problemsolving skills to tackle complex issues.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Flexible and adaptive in a fastpaced dynamic environment able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Masters degree in Supply Chain Life Sciences or Business

The annual base pay for this position ranges from$66703 $100054
pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. In addition our positions offer a shortterm incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equitybased longterm incentive program. Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program 401(k) plan; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical prescription drug dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
