Position: Virtual Assistant Aniesispharma is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Virtual Assistant to join our team on a fulltime basis. As a Virtual Assistant you will provide administrative support to our team remotely allowing us to focus on our core business operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize schedules appointments and meetings for the team Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner Conduct research and gather information as needed Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members Assist with project coordination and follow up on tasks Maintain and update databases and records Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and accounting principles Experience with project management tools is a plus Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as a collaborative and supportive work environment.
