Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Refill water coffee and other beverages as needed.
Stock and restock service areas with necessary supplies such as utensils napkins and condiments.
Support servers by delivering additional items requested by guests such as extra plates sauces or utensils.
Ensure all areas of the dining room and server stations are clean and tidy.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience.
Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Work requires 6 months previous food server / running experience.
Work requires effective communication in English both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
Must present a neat and professional appearance.
Work requires interactions with customers public and coworkers.
Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Must be able to obtain a required Virginia Lottery NonGaming License.
PHYSICAL MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Fast paced high volume environment involving constant public.
Also requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs. and may require lifting bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
Shifts may vary based on business needs. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke
I understand the Casino and its surrounding areas are under constant surveillance and that as an employee of Caesars Virginia I will be under that surveillance. I also acknowledge that I have had my photograph taken and understand it will be kept on file with Caesars Virginia Surveillance Department.
