Apple Autos is seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading our used car sales team driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. Our dealership has been rated a Top Minnesota Workplace in the Star Tribune for the last 5 years and were looking to add a passionate problemsolver to our winning team and help us continue a legacy of excellence.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and motivate the used car sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Manage inventory pricing and merchandise to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge sales techniques and customer service best practices.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as finance and service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay current on market trends competitor activities and industry regulations.
