Customer Service Representative Technical Support
Jupiter FL 33478 (Hybrid)

Are you a natural at turning frustrated customers into satisfied ones Our client a leader in clean energy solutions needs your exceptional customer service skills to support their growing electric vehicle charging network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated troubleshooting calls for EV charger issues with empathy and technical expertise
- Communicate complex technical solutions in clear customerfriendly language
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge base development
- Schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance appointments efficiently
- Process online enrollment applications including qualification verification
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry and filing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and technical aptitude
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
