You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere committed to enhancing the associate experience at GEICO and were looking for a Manager Site Management and Workplace Experience to support our delivery across all locations. As the Manager Site Management youll
deliver critical projects to improve the associate experience while overseeing the daytoday governance and operations of the office. Youll develop business relationships at all levels of the company creating partnerships with various departments to improve associate and community engagement across the office. You will:
Partner with various departments to enhance the associate experience through onsite activations such as holidays luncheons conferences DEI events and other initiatives
Advocate for the various facility and security needs of the office working as a liaison with IT and security to ensure associates have proper equipment furniture food services etc.
Collaborate with DEI for community engagement while overseeing GEICO cares and relationships with the chamber of commerce and other local partners
Manage budgeting and data analysis to identify issues at our sites and crafting viable solutions to diagnosis them
While growing to understand the many intricacies of each department and the needs of our associates youll partner with the Location Leader and other senior executives to best facilitate and orchestrate a positive experience for our people. Required Skills and Experience:
12 years of management experience
Relevant associate engagement experience
Project management experience and strong problemsolving skills
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Workday
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Agile mindset and ability to pivot and respond to unexpected needs and deadlines
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and prioritize work on an autonomous basis
Selfdirected and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
In office Requirement 45 days a week
