Key Responsibilities of BD / Sales Executive:
Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be the first point of contact for potential clients playing a critical role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads. Focused on the U.S. market this role demands exceptional communication skills persistence and a resultsdriven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the companys BPO and IT consulting business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
- Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach via calls emails and social media to identify and engage potential clients. (SQL & MQL)
- Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads generated through marketing campaigns and qualify their potential.
- Lead Qualification: Oversee advanced prospect research to ensure highquality targeting and alignment with business priorities. Utilize criteria such as BANT (Budget Authority Need Timeline) to qualify leads and transfer them to Senior Sales Executives.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings product demos or calls with qualified prospects.
- Market Research: Identify and research key decisionmakers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs including outreach activities and meetings booked.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the companys offerings the U.S. market and emerging trends in the industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum undergraduate in IT Business Marketing or a related field shall be preferred.
- 2 years of sales experience including cold calling setting appointments with potential clients lead generation and lead qualification preferably in outsourcing industry or IT services in North America / European market.
- Strong abilities to understand the market dynamics of outsourcing services and client needs.
- Good expertise in demand lead generation lead generation lead qualification and Business development is required.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in datadriven decisionmaking and market analysis.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills required.
- Excellent skills required in articulating the results and sales performance.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed salesrelated KPIs in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational problemsolving and attention to detail skills are required.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage. (Salesforce Hubsoft & Microsoft Dynamics)
