In this role you will act as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. This multifaceted position involves analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Document Requirements: Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly to ensure all parties have a shared understanding.
Develop Solutions: Collaborate with cross functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
Implement Strategies: Work with independently by taking complete ownership of processes ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Communicate Effectively: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders facilitating clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights by utilizing statistical analysis techniques.
Industry experience: Experience in Aeronautics field is good to have.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with new tools & technology like Python SQL Advance Excel & Business Intelligence tools like Power BI Tableau etc. is required.
ProblemSolving Abilities: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
Experience Required:
o Relevant years of work experience in a similar role
o Experience in data management data warehousing or business intelligence
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Aerospace knowledge or experience
