Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead enterprisewide HR programs and frameworks that drive organizational effectiveness capability building and futurereadiness.
Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies and initiatives.
Drive the HR workstream of strategic projects including new business setups expansions and integration efforts.
Lead change management workforce planning and organization design initiatives during transformational phases.
Ensure compliance policy design and cultural integration across new or evolving entities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business and HR leadership on talent structure governance and workforce transitions.
The following would be an ideal candidate profile:
15 years of HR experience with a solid track record in HR Business Partnering HR Strategy and M&A environments.
Proven ability to design and implement enterpriselevel HR programs in dynamic highgrowth organizations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to work crossfunctionally and influence at all levels.
Experience navigating complex organizational changes legal entity setups and cultural integration initiatives.
Confident structured thinker with high ownership strong communication and stakeholder management skill
Strategy consulting folks with a view into HR programs would also do justice to this role.
