Business Development Manager

About the Role
This is more than just sales its about creating longterm partnerships and delivering innovative truck and trailer rental solutions. Youll collaborate with regional teams and customers to drive growth and secure longterm agreements.

Work closely with Branch Sales Managers to develop new business opportunities.

Secure longterm rental contract hire and finance agreements.

Lead customer negotiations converting leads into meaningful partnerships.

Monitor market trends to stay ahead in a competitive industry.

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets with strategic action plans.
About You
Were looking for someone who thrives in a B2B environment and enjoys turning challenges into opportunities. If youve got the drive and people skills well support you every step of the way.

Previous experience in a B2B sales or account management role is essential.

Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.

Comfortable setting and achieving ambitious goals.

Experience using CRM systems.
