Our students are the next inventors leaders scientists and innovators. They are curious driven and passionate about their interests. We are a neuroinclusive school with students who are primarily considered gifted or Twiceexceptional.
What are we looking for
We are inviting applications for the fulltime French teacher and Education Assistant (Grades K8) position. This position will combine teaching and acting as an education assistant across all classrooms in our school. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about working with gifted learners and understands their socialemotional and academic needs. Qualifications
What you have to have:
BC Teaching Certificate
Bachelors of Education
Minimum 2 years of experience working with diverse learners including gifted students and students on the spectrum
Experience supporting students in Grades K8 both as a teacher and an E.A.
What we would love:
Teaching certification with the British Columbia Teacher Regulation Branch
Experience working with Gifted and TwiceExceptional learners ranging from grades K8
Independent School experience
Salary and Benefits
$60000 $63000 annually based on experience
