Job Description
Westgate Hondahas an opportunity for aService Consultant to join our familyowned and operated dealership.
The Service Consultant is responsible for guiding the customer through the maintenance scheduling process and repair of their vehicle. They will act as a liaison between our customers and Service Technicians. We are looking for a customercentric individual who is passionate about building relationships with our customers.
Job Duties:
- Work with customers to understand their needs and answer their questions or concerns.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
- Complete a followup to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
- Gladly accept additional responsibilities and support tasks as assigned.

- Possess the ability to work in a team and has strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Possess excellent listening skills.
- Possess the ability to problem solve and show high attention to detail.
- Possess the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Possess computer skills and an understanding of technology.
- Possess an understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
- Possess previous experience working in the service department of a car dealership
