Responsibilities:
As the Full Time Sous Chef (Events) reporting to the Head Chef you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Contributes to a creative and contemporary dish including special menus following trends and demands for events
- Teamleading
- A dietary requirements wizard
- Contributes to a safe happy and productive work environment
- Contribute to the control of costs
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen
- A Work Health and Safety ambassador
About You:
- Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
- Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is provided)
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role (hotel background preferable)
- When the pressures on you shine even brighter handling everything with ease and grace
