You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWashington Countys Facilities Fleet and Parks Departmentis seeking an energetic engaged and reliable Program Specialist to join our team in creating safe welcoming and comfortable public spaces to serve the diverse staff citizens and visitors of Washington County. This position will provide oversight and program guidance for the Real Estate & Planning business line of the Facilities Division to provide innovative and collaborative services to meet the business needs of specific departments and the County as a whole.
The Real Estate & Planning Program Specialist will be responsible for providing the necessary subject matter expertise to coordinate day to day oversight of the countys real estate leases oversee property auctions monitor budget expenditures and take the lead on updating and/or creating policies procedures and best practices for the real estate and planning goals to standardize building interiors like flooring paint signage and space planning. This position will work collaboratively across the organization to develop and implement a longterm plan that meets a wide range of current and future building needs.The Program Specialist Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
