Who You Are

The Quality Improvement Analyst monitors the overall quality of care and documentation provided by our staff and network partners across Healthy Alliances footprint to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines examine current practices and make recommendations for improvement using their knowledge of systems processes and regulations.

What Youll Do

  • Perform regular audits and reviews to assess the quality and documentation of services being provided across our network according to established program guidelines.
  • Identify areas in documentation or service delivery that require improvement.
  • Develop and support the implementation of quality improvement plans for both our internal teams and external partners.
  • Work with internal staff to ensure understanding and adherence with new operational procedures.
  • Work with the Quality Specialist to collect analyze and interpret data to guide improvements in support of Healthy Alliances overarching Quality Program and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Report on the progress and effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives plans and performance measures.
  • Stay current with federal state and local regulations requirements and standards that drive practice and expectations.
  • Conduct trainings and presentations with staff as needed on quality improvement measures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical codes related to partner or community member information.

Requirements

What Youll Need


Education

  • An associate degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience in a quality improvement program that provided monitoring and quality reviews may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.

Professional work experience

  • Minimum of 2 years supporting quality improvement activities in a health care or social care setting.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Strong teambuilding skills that foster quality improvement activities with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 Suites in addition to moderate technical and analytical skills to compile data for planning and reporting purposes.
  • Ability to manage multiple detailed projects simultaneously and adjust as needed.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the values of diversity inclusion and equity.
  • Strong community awareness and astuteness.
  • Performs all work in accordance with Healthy Alliance core competencies and values.
