Job Summary
As a Service Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth efficient and welcoming service experience. You will support the service department in daily operations and provide handson assistance wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming service department calls and direct them appropriately
- Assist with vehicle portering including moving vehicles safely on and off the lot
- Perform vehicle deliveries to customers
- Help organize and maintain a clean orderly vehicle lot
- Provide general support to service advisors and technicians as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive and efficient service
- Check In and Out and maintain Vehicle loaner car fleet
Requirements
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Punctual reliable and customerfocused
- Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus but not required
