Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant provides highlevel administrative support to the executive management team. This role requires a proactive detailoriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant must handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain the executives calendar including scheduling appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
Conduct research compile data and prepare reports.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and coordinate meetings including preparing agendas materials and minutes.
Attend meetings and take detailed notes for followup.
Communication:
Screen and prioritize incoming calls emails and correspondence.
Draft and proofread correspondence and documents.
Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
Track progress and provide regular updates.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans itineraries and agendas including important visitors such as our board of directors and multinational executives from our customers
Ensure all necessary travel documents and information are prepared and timely prepare expense reports.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all business matters.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role preferably supporting Clevel executives.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.
Writing and grammatical skills
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.

Working Conditions:
Onsite in Natick MA five days per week.
