Job Description
BGIS is currently seeking a Facility Analyst to join the team in Rosemount MN.

BGIS is a leading provider of integrated real estate management services including facilities management project management energy & sustainability services strategic workplace consulting real estate services and capital planning. Its range of solutions supported by efficient systems processes and people enables it to create and optimize places that work for its clients. The team is dedicated to inspiring better business performance and helping clients focus on their core businesses.

The Facility Analyst position collects formats and analyzes data from onsite client locations. Responsibilities include internal and client data validation and analysis using various software as well as preparing for attending and reporting out at meetings. The Facility Analyst demonstrates BGIS values in communications with clients and other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Collection

Collection of equipment data plate information mechanical electrical plumbing and controls
Collection of equipment attribute information
Picture documentation
Software tracking
QA/QC of data plate information
Reports
Strong attention to detail and extremely wellorganized with the proven ability to work on various tasks simultaneously
Ability to learn software systems training provided
Customer Service

Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and maintain positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients
Strong communication skills
Other duties as assigned


Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills

Recommended one (1) year of experience with building / facility equipment or training equivalent
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent work experience required
Proficient in English
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Suite strong Excel abilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings documents and blueprints helpful.
BIM360 Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar experience helpful
