Job Description
Hire Up Staffing Services is working together was an expanding local Personal Injury Firm in their search for a Paralegal Candidate to fill an immediate need within their team. The ideal candidate will have a Paralegal degree 5 years of Personal Injury experience and be fluent in the Spanish language.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
*Writing settlement demands.
*Summarizing medical records.
*Extensive litigation answer and discovery.
*Drafting correspondence by Attorney request.
*Regular meetings with Clients preparing them for depositions and mediation.
Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and provide excellent customer service and have exemplary organizational skills. Must have the ability to multitask communicate well and work independently.
Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred.
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity and pay is negotiable.
