A highly respected law firm has an opening in their Buffalo office for an eDiscovery Litigation Support Specialist. This fulltime role will oversee all aspects of specific application software and related technologies used in assigned practice groups across the firm.

Duties include:
  • Acting as the primary liaison for attorneys and staff regarding software procedures and technical matters
  • Training and guiding legal teams in technology best practices utilization and techniques
  • Assisting attorneys in preparing courtroom presentation documents audio video and other related technology for trial evidence
  • Providing crucial case management support including coordination with Ediscovery requirements
  • Addressing technical issues related to practice software and making recommendations on related software and application systems


This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands the inner workings of a law firm and whats needed to keep the firm running smoothly. An experienced paralegal with an affinity for technology looking to make a change from traditional paralegal work would be a strong fit for this role.
