To support our mission we are expanding our Engineering Operations Research Finance Product Management Marketing and Data teams. We are working together to extend the global reach of Payments and Lending and launch the next generation of products and customer experiences.
Key job responsibilities
Responsible for the overall platform development life cycle
Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
Manage the daytoday activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment
Management of team resources hiring mentoring and enhancing and maintaining a world class engineering team
Work closely with the engineers in a designfirst methodology to architect and develop the best technical design and approach that embodies Operational Excellence
Partnering with software development and design teams to deliver on product and services roadmap.
Lead automation efforts for a team advancing a service ownership culture.
Accountable for identifying commonalities across reported customer incidents and drive root cause efforts to understand and resolve these problems.
Driving projects that improve supportrelated processes and managing Operational cost in running the systems.

3 years of engineering team management experience
7 years of engineering experience
8 years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing certification and livesite operations
Experience partnering with product or program management teams
Experience in communicating with users other technical teams and senior leadership to collect requirements describe software product features technical designs and product strategy
Experience in recruiting hiring mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers
