The Opportunity
Were looking for an ambitious peopleoriented Delegate Acquisition Managerto help drive registrations and executive attendance for QG Medias prestigious global events. In this role youll research key decisionmakers craft compelling messages and connect directly with industry leaders to secure their attendance.
This is an ideal entrylevel role for a recent graduate or earlycareer professional lookingto build a career in international business events recruitment or salesno prior experience required as we provide extensive training and mentorship for motivated individuals eager to learn.
What Youll Be Doing
- Learning our portfolio of global events and how they bring value to senior industry executives.
- Satisfyingregistration targets for assignedevents converting prospects intoattendees.
- Identifying and engaging Clevel and Executive prospects via phone LinkedIn and email.
- Building relationships with business leaders across multiple sectors.
- Collaboratingwith marketing sales and operations teams.
- Updatingand managingour CRM database (Salesforce).
What Youll Bring To The Table

- A desire to learn grow and take initiative in a fastpaced environment.
- Basiclevel exposure toB2B events recruitment or business development is a plus.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- UK work authorisation required.
