What you can expect:

• Independent proactive planning coordination and management of test automation projects
• Reviewing concepts and requirements regarding test automation potential and feasibility as well as supporting unified prioritization
• Selfresponsible design implementation execution and maintenance of automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca
• Development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies for integrative programs and projects in collaboration with our TCoE Test Management Team and involved business units
• Continuous evaluation of test automation results and KPIs including the creation of target groupspecific reports and distribution to responsible stakeholder groups
• Designing and conducting training and mentoring sessions regarding the processes and tools used in test automation
• Coresponsibility for the further development and governance of the implemented test automation framework

Your profile:

• You have a degree in Business Informatics Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of test automation and possess deep knowledge of test automation solutions from Tricentis or similar providers preferably in the role of Test Automation Specialist / Architect
• You possess a good understanding of processes and have experience in SAP ideally with initial exposure to S/4 HANA
• You have initial exposure to Software Development Lifecycle processes particularly test management methodologies and supporting tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Atlassian Suite)
• You enjoy imparting automation knowledge through training (online and inperson) and mentoring
• Your work style is characterized by a strong analytical and structured approach as well as a high level of service and team orientation
• You have strong negotiation skills and communicate confidently with all project or process stakeholders
• Proficient English skills both written and spoken complete your profile
