Are you a passionate and experienced registered nurse looking to take the next step in your career Mansfield District Hospital (MDH) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our supportive and collaborative clinical team.

About the Role:
As an ANUM you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership support and direction to nursing staff. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care ensuring operational efficiency and fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and supervision to nursing and support staff
Assist with rostering resource management and daytoday operations
Ensure the delivery of safe highquality and evidencebased care
Support staff development and promote continuous quality improvement
Act as a positive role model in clinical practice and professional conduct
About You:
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 3 years experience in an acute or relevant clinical setting
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
Excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills
Commitment to personcentred care and clinical excellence
