Job Description

The opportunity:

Due to significant business growth Kinetic are currently embarking on a largescale global transformation program and looking for an experienced Project Manager to help deliver a new Contracts Management Solution for our global business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us as we consolidate our current environments with the opportunity to truly partner with executive level stakeholders as you help drive business decisions in a highprofile program of work.

This is an initial fixed term fulltime contract for 12 months however due to the scale of our transformation program this may extend.

Key accountabilities:

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of a global Contracts Management Solution rollout.
  • Lead product decision making in partnership with executive stakeholders
  • Perform market scan and drive vendor assessment
  • Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional global teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Drive business engagement at a Senior/Executive level across both technical and business units.
  • Conduct postimplementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

What you will bring:

  • Strong background as a Project Manager ideally with endtoend experience implementing a Contracts Management solution (or similar)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills you lead from the front and bring others on the journey with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to effectively engage and manage a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation with some being located in London.
  • Previous experience working in complex multivendor environments.
  • Proven ability in improving processes and driving change you understand how to help shape business decisions.
  • Selfmotivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to daytoday business and positive approach to an everchanging work environment.
