Job Description
- Relevant qualifications in communications marketing design media web development or related fields.
- Minimum of three years experience in website management digital content creation or online marketing.
- Advanced experience working with content management systems (CMS) with adaptability to learn new platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and user experience best practices supported by proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics Tag Manager) to track performance and optimise content.
- Skilled in web content creation with the ability to craft compelling headlines and CTAs and maintain WWFs tone of voice.
- High competency in digital content management including optimisation basic HTML/CSS and image/video editing tools (e.g. Photoshop Canva).Experience with or willingness to rapidly develop expertise in digital marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot specifically) for targeted audience segmentation.
- Ability to interpret data insights to inform and improve digital performance and engagement strategies.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and spoken English other languages are an advantage.
- A team player who collaborates well with crossfunctional teams and is open to testing learning and iterating content quickly.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new digital tools and technologies.
- A keen interest in conservation and environmental issues.
